I'd recommend starting with the Guide in order to learn the basics of the language. You should also have a look through the Resource Repository, as it contains links to many articles and tutorials that'll help you learn DM. And if you have any questions about how to do something, we have the Developer Help subforum where you can ask for help. Good luck!
