This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
When packaging your project using the "World source files" option, the resulting archive will be missing all resource files (such as icons and sound effects).

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Package your project, select "World source files" as method.
2. Check the resulting .zip file. All resource files will be missing.

Expected Results:
Resources such as icons and sound effects are packaged.

Actual Results:
Resources are not packaged.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.
On other computers? Untested.

When does the problem NOT occur?
In earlier versions.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
This was previously working in 506.1248.

Workarounds:
Manually archive your project or manually include the missing resources.
Ah crap, I know what caused this. I'll upload a patch.

I just reuploaded 1276 since it was such a minor fix. Probably not the best policy but I don't think anyone will notice :)

FYI: I just packaged up some resources and it was missing a bunch of files. Lummox pointed it out and so I repackaged and everything is present now. Using 1279. Not clear on any sort of repro.

Actually having trouble referencing a folder. Not clear on how to do that. Is it \Sounds, Sounds, .\Sounds, Sounds\, Sounds/. I can't use the fully qualified path because there are spaces and placing double quotes around the path doesn't help. Pretty sure this used to work with just Sounds (Sounds being my Sounds folder with a few sound files in it).
