FAQ now has a website

I've loaded v.0.5 of the BYOND FAQ to my provider supplied webspace. I'll probably put up other stuff as well as time goes by. The url for the FAQ is http://www.erinet.com/gjsfaun/byond/byondfaq.html.

Anything else BYOND related will be reachable from the index at http://www.erinet.com/gjsfaun/.
