Hello. I don't know if this is right place to post, but I will try. I have been trying to change my BYOND email address in account settings, because I can't use the email which is currently linked to my account. However, It tells me my new email address is linked to another account. I checked my alternative account, but it seems it has same email as my main account. What should I do to change old address into my new one? Is there a way to unlink the email from account only having the linked email?
If you send in a support request we can tell you which accounts are linked to the email you are trying to use.
