Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

Workarounds:

Since the error is pointing at the Flash.ocx file I'd take a guess that either the error is stemming from the ad that plays before a game loads, or the game itself loading Flash content into a browser element.

The first thing you should try is making sure the version of Flash you have installed for Internet Explorer (BYOND uses embedded IE for browser content) is up-to-date and not corrupt, installing a fresh copy of the latest version couldn't hurt and may resolve the issue. You can generally find the latest versions here (it does look like you have the latest version, so it may have gotten broken or corrupted and you just didn't notice due to using Chrome), also make sure you have the 64-bit Windows 8.x version as it has some custom-tailored stuff for systems like yours.
Yea. I did what you said. The issue still occurs.

The game itself doesn't load any flash content to a browser. If it were the ads, why would this happen a awhile after the game loads?

Juxnist, do your ads play before you load the game?
99% of the time they won't play but every once in awhile an Ad will start playing.
Any idea what can be done for this? It's affecting another one of my players.
All I can say is that there has to be a problem with the Flash version for IE. (It has to be for IE, too. Adobe will try to detect your browser and if you're not using IE, it'll give you a different one unless you specify.) Reinstalling IE probably wouldn't be a bad idea if the problem persists.
