Descriptive Problem Summary:

When a window without a titlebar is set to is-maximized=true, the window winds up about 8 pixels in either direction outside of the screen boundaries in a multi-monitor setup.

I need some clarification here. Do you mean the entire window is off-screen or that its borders are past the screen edge?

This sounds like the obnoxious thing Windows likes to do where it tries to use this as a virtual "full screen" mode. That behavior isn't something I can interdict (I've tried), but if there's something in particular about the multi-monitor setup, I'll need more information to understand it. Of course fixing multi-monitor bugs has been problematic right along; I only have one monitor.
The borders are slightly past the screen edge by about 8 pixels on all edges.
