ServerPronto has that server for $29/mo after a $69 setup fee.

Would that suffice to host a game like Counter-Strike 1.6 or War§ow?

Also, I have heard that game servers use a LOT of bandwidth... what do you think an FPS game like that would consume, and in what time period would it consume it?

"good rule-of-thumb is roughly 6KB (Kilo-Bytes) upstream (upload) per player slot" - http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1

Short answer yes, for a small server with less then 8 players. memory is your problem.

Oh, I'm sorry, I meant bandwidth transfer allotments rather than speed. For instance, if you look at the dedicated server plan I linked you, it says they allot 200 GB per month before you run out.

I'm just worried I would hit the bandwidth limit within a week or so and then the server would be taken down.

If you keep the game time low and the amount of players somewhat low, then you shpuld be fine. A 200GB limit is not too bad though.
