I want an object to be visible, and cover an entire turf, but not be possible to mouse-over or click.

For example, it's a large, transparent object. When clicking on it, you should click the object visible underneath of it instead of clicking on it. Likewise, when hovering over the object, you should see the object beneath it. The object should be invisible/hidden in all ways except for visibly.
