Is it possible to get a picture of a video file? If I do print screen and paste into Paint, that picture disappears when I shut the video file.

And turning it to frames isn't an option since it's 20 minutes long and very high quality.
Ehem, search google for "Snag It" Program.
If it's an .avi file, then you can look up AviEdit. It's what I use. Free, and even though it nags to to register it each time you close it, you don't really have to.

Basically it lets you see each frame individually, and doesn't eat up resources as quickly as if you use Adobe ImageReady. I used it on all 700+ MB of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and still had enough memory left to play LRS, and do some photo-editing in PaintShop Pro and Animation Shop.
