When i updatedBYOND it stoped lunching SS13

No (works fine on my laptop (windows 7 home))

what happens when i try joining
the dream seeker says "connection failed" for all servers , but when i try joining other games it works. (i tried joining on hippie station , it worked but other servers didn't)

You're going to have to provide more details, what happens when you try, what exact version of BYOND are you using? What steps are you doing leading up to the issue?

There was a hub update. I wonder if some of the records you're seeing are somehow incorrect and out of date, having not updated since the hub change.
