If you had to. How would you combine these games into one game? What would the gameplay be?

Monster Hunter,Digimon,Ape Escape,Yugioh, Beyblades

Hint: One thing I found they all have in common is collecting.
Seems like you want to be commanding giant monsters to kill other giant monsters for the toys inside. I don't know what Ape Escape is.
Interesting idea. Mabye add on the toys inside are like a power source that can be used to upgrade your monsters.

Simple. RPG-esque where you command X amount of monsters in a team, and you use that team to hunt down dangerous monsters who are either evil, out of control, or something along those lines.

Then just have it so through one or more means you can acquire packs of cards to use in a mini-game that functions like a TCG similar to yugioh. Finally, create an additional mini-game resembling that of ape escape. These mini-games could be tied into the story, done for specific quests, or just a means to earn currency or other rewards like special monsters or power ups etc.

As for Beyblade... Again, could be a mini-game type deal, but it would be kind of hard to make something super similar to that. Maybe just something sort of like it, and sort of like the TCG.

Much of this has already been accomplished in Digimon World 3 honestly. It had its own TCG, you had a team of 3 digimon that could evolve into various others while fighting off the hoards of other digimon in the wild, and in the teams of tamers throughout the story.
You use cards to power up your spinning top which you fire at giant cartoonish looking monsters until you've beaten them up enough that you can catch them in your net.
Or you can copypasta Pokémon.

You could make a party game; where each mini-game is a card.
Beyblade, Yugioh and Digimon were all animes in which the characters collected something, and then went head to head against others to see who was the best. So as long as you have collecting and PvP, these three games are covered.

Then you're just left with Monster Hunter and Ape Escape, which were both games where you hunted things ( monsters in the former, apes in the latter ) so as long as the game involves the player having to explore and hunt down the things they're collecting ( as opposed to a game like Hearthstone where you simply buy the packs and don't have to actually work for them ).

Just because Beyblade has spinning tops or Yugioh has cards doesn't mean you need to pile all that into one game. At their core, they're both just dueling games that involve collecting stuff. In Beyblade you duel and then upgrade your top with new parts. In Yugioh you duel and then upgrade your deck with new cards. And then both are affected by chance. I was heavily into Beyblade in elementary school, and a lot of times what would happen is sometimes your rip cord didn't come all the way out, or maybe the Beyblade would drop off the launcher before it was supposed to, or perhaps your top spun the wrong way at the wrong time which allowed the other top to just send it flying out of the little plastic stadium we used to use.

Same goes for Yugioh, or any card game for that matter. It's not like a game of chess or tic tac toe where there's technically always a most optimal move. Sometimes you can't make the most optimal move because you don't have the cards in your hand to do so, so that's where chance comes in.

But yeah, basically if you combine those things, you get Pokemon like GoldenArk pointed out.
Tobbad503:

-Also maybe make the mini games for combat directly. Whether you use cards or spinning disks is based on your monster type and how you use it determines your monster power. So a battle on two fronts all resulting in the same. This would mean players can only be in control of a monster if they have their card and a spirit disk, ancient technology.

The Magic Man:

-and you have to have a disk made of required metals in order to contain the power of cards, so upgrades are necessary.

GoldenArk:

-Also could make legendary cards that must have super blades (ancient technology) to control them- these are protected by guardian monsters.

EmpirezTeam:

- Also free roam pvp with monster's having AI for fast play using cards and metal disks.

Pretty good ideas guys or gals.

If you want to bring ancient disks and technology into it then you either already know of Monster Rancher, or you seriously need to look it up.
Wait, I think you have the wrong idea. By party game, I mean something similar to Mario party. The mini-games would be in the form of cards.
Thanks peoples
