Turf thingy thing thing.

Don't feel like programming all the atoms with a icon file from scratch? now you don't have to o3o

Place the icon file you want loaded in the folder with the dmb and rsc and name the icon file after it and the file name is the dm file that it outputs with the created types.

used for fast turf/obj/mob/etc creation using only the icon file :)
