Taskbar button disappears.

Problem description:

Hey guys. Problem is that the game's task bar button constantly disappears after awhile. Any way to know what would cause that? I have a feeling its the skin.

This happens when the main window is no longer visible. The taskbar icon disappears when the window labeled as default is set to non visible.
