This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.

This server iis full!

it will be useful for servers like SS13 or games like it to have limits for joining a server

Example : 32/32 this server is full!

but it might annoy some hosts and players so if they set the limit to 0 on the dream daemon then anyone can join.

A.T.H.K	This is doable via code, you should not rely on BYOND to set limits for you.
