Minor addition: compile timestamp

Hi,

Really minor suggestion: could you add a timestamp once compilation has completed?

SS13 takes a really long time to compile. I get distracted a lot, and then I forget if I actually compiled! Having a timestamp would help me there.

Not a big issue but AFAIK this only takes 5 minutes to add.
