Descriptive Problem Summary:

I'm not able to fan users, I've had this problem for awhile now maybe a few months.

Cannot confirm on my end. Using the exact same version of Chrome as you, but on Windows 7 Home Premium. Both the button in the dialog box shown when clicking on your username, as well as the button on your members page both work.

I do notice you have a large amount of users fanned though, so that might have something to do with it.

I don't have time to work on this for a bit, but I'll get to it when I can. Website issues have taken a back seat but they haven't been forgotten.
