Loop point for sounds

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
Some kind of parameter, or maybe just more values to repeat, in milliseconds or whatever, that decide where to start the sound/bgm again after the 1st loop.

I believe FMod might have something to support this. I'm less sure about web audio for the webclient, although the webclient's sound support is still limited pending future updates.

On that note, I wonder if it's time to discuss getting more modern on FMOD's end with the guy who hooked us up with the license last time around. There's been a ton of additions and improvements outside of the ancient version we were using (last I checked) when Shadowdarke and I were first fiddling with that stuff during the BoB phase.
