Grab the screen location of the mouse

Problem description:
Is this possible? If so I'd like to know how to do it.

If it's over the map, yes. Actual monitor location, no.

There's some code in StdLib that does this. But I'll warn you, it's not production ready yet.

All the mouse events have a "screen-loc" parameter in their params text.
