Game connectivity

Basically, I'm playing an RP game, I was on earlier, but after I logged out I'm not able to get back on. I can connect to any other game on Byond besides this one. I've tried clearing my cache, deleting my cookies, restarting my router, restarting my modem, re-installing Byond, and d/c from my router and re connecting, nothing has worked, and I'm still unable to connect to the game. I even asked them to reboot the game, which they did twice and still no luck.

Any thoughts on what could be going on?

Assuming you're only getting a "Connection failed" message, my advice would be to try using ping and/or tracert to determine what's going on with your connection to the remote server. You might need the hosts to give you IP and port info to try that.

Also if you're trying to join them via a pager bookmark (e.g., a Replay link), try instead to join via the Join link on the pager or the Play Now button on the site. Maybe their server changed ports or something and your DS is trying to connect to the old port.
