I was reading through our customer response database the other day, and I recognized an incident that involved me. I had helped a customer with a few things, and it was nice that they spent the time to call corporate about it. The thing is, she said she couldn't remember my name, so she just referred to me as 'the elderly gentleman'... Ouch...
