Just a quick question :
Is it possible to make a BUTTON (in the interface)
is there a way that you apply an image to it and if the image is smaller,
the rest of the button is invisible?

Buttons do not support transparency, except in the webclient.

Very unlikely. Windows has a lot of limits on the transparency available to controls.
