You have to forward your ports in order to host. In order to do this you'll have to type your IP address into your browser then login to your router. The login stuff is normally "admin" and "password" after that goto advanced and there should be a port forwarding setting. Type in the port you want to open and find your pcs local ip on the drop down list then save.
ive tried typing my ip address into my browser but all it did was say 'This webpage is not available'
Type "what is my IP address" then click on a site then copy paste the ip it tells you into your browser.
Okay, right click your internet connection, click properties, then click details. Type in the ipv4 adress into your browser.
Open cmd, type ipconfig and enter default gateway into your browser.
who got skype or something to see what im doing while guiding me
Based on the information I'm seeing, I think I can help you. I'm gonna throw a few terms at you first to help clarify the rest of this.

- The port you want to forward is 61832. I got this from the image you posted, but you can choose any port you wish.
- Your remote IP address as seen by the Internet (WAN) is 80.xx.xx.xx.
- Your local IP address on the LAN is apparently 192.168.1.93.
- This means the router is likely 192.168.1.1, and the URL to reach its settings is http://192.168.1.1.
- Your computer has a MAC address, something like AB-CD-01-23-45-67. That will be important later. You can either get this from ipconfig on the command line; or you can probably find it on the router settings page, in a list of devices that are using the router.

Because I think your router is at 192.168.1.1, that's where you need to go. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in your browser to get to your router settings. It should ask you for a user name and password; those are usually both "admin" for a new router.

Once you're on that page, you should be able to poke around and find an option for port forwarding, or some routers may call it something like "virtual host". Once you find that page, you'll need to setup the port you want, tell it which local IP address it should go to (192.168.1.93 for your computer), and tell it to accept TCP traffic. Other kinds of traffic like UDP don't matter.

When that's done, you'll want to make sure your computer is always able to keep this setup, so you want to tell the router to reserve the IP address your computer is using right now, and only assign it to your computer. Most routers have an option for this in DHCP settings. If your router can do this, you should have a page where you can enter the MAC address for a computer/device, and say that a given local IP address (192.168.1.93 in your case) should be reserved for only that device.
