When you want to convert a plain text document to HTML, simply enclose it in XMP tags and rename it to .html. Then, open it in a browser, and once it opens up, copy and paste the stuff that appears on the screen into a text editor, and save it as a completed html. Bingo, a fully-functional webpage! All you have to do is add BODY, HEAD, and TITLE tags to it and you're all set.
