RPG Maker

Where can I get this RPG Maker thing? Or any other RPG maker! All I've used is BYOND and I'm very open to other programs, crappy as they may be. I realize BYOND is probably the best I'll get without going VB/C/C++ or something, but still, I like to try new things.

Well Don Miguel finished the translation and is now finishing up RPGMaker2000 and the d/ls are up at http://rpgmaker.chat.ru/ .
