An interface like this would eliminate a lot of excessive clicking back and forth to edit animations, plus speed up workflow, I think. Being able to see all frames, access a zoomed grid for editing, and a play window, plus all the typical editing tools, would be great. Then you only need to click back through the interface to change direction or change actual icon state/file.
