Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

I would enjoy the ability to set the minimum height/width that a window can be resized to and also a way to set a minimum and maximum percent range for child splitters.

Konlet	Bump. You can use the resize command to do something similar to this, but it's not quite as clean as I'd like it.

BlackProgrammer	I know you can use resize commands for this. I'm just requesting it to be a standard so it won't look choppy.
