Currently, names in the Shoutbox on people's pages link to the page that they're on, instead of that person's site.

Can you clarify that? I don't know what you mean.

If you go to somebody's member page, there is a "Shoutbox" on the left side of the page. If you click a poster's name in that Shoutbox, you are simply linked back to the member page you are already on, instead of getting some kind of popup, or being linked to the member you just clicked on.
