dreamseeker constantly stops working

so periodically when i am on the pager and attempting to open up a game i end up with this message

C:\Program Files (x86)\BYOND\bin\dreamseeker.exe
"byond://209.141.38.222:7125"-pager

then when i click ok i get a follow up message saying

Could not run dreamseeker.exe Perhaps you should reinstall BYOND?

I have had to reinstall a moltitude of times now as i have no idea how to fix it other than that. Some help would be appreciated.

Lummox JR	"Could not run dreamseeker.exe" could stem from a number of things. It may suggest that the installation never "took" properly. One thing you should do is look for a VirtualStore directory for BYOND. The instructions are here.
