Berry Sangria:
1/2 gallon red wine (cheapest you can find)
1 pint peach brandy
1 bottle brut champagne
2 pears, chunked
2 honeycrisp apples, chunked
1/4 lb strawberries, sliced
1/2 lb blackberries, whole
4tbsp clover honey
Combine brandy, honey, and wine all at once. Open champagne and set aside. Add in fruit and mix. Pour in champagne, mix gently, and then seal bottle. Let sit for 12 hours at room temp or 24 hours in fridge. Serve over ice.
