When i try to host my game on Dream Daemon it either doesnt respond or it lags really hard which has never happened before ill get to login screen and i cant do anything or click anything

Take a look in Task Manager. Is one of the processes racing? If so, which one? If it's the server, you probably have an infinite loop in your code (unless it just takes a long time to startup).

like it was never doing this before tho

I suppose not answering questions is one way to go, although it's probably not going to get you to a solution any faster.
