nothing was wrong with my source yesterday but i facory reset my computer now whenever i run the game off my source i see these black line boxs all over the screen idk whats wrong

Are you seeing the same problem in any other games? If not, then it's definitely your source. But I think we'd need more information to diagnose the problem, as I'm not sure what "black line boxs" means exactly.

i could show a picture or something if that would help and only in my source

If it's only your source then I doubt your system reset was a factor, although reinstalling BYOND probably couldn't hurt. A picture of what's wrong would help to at least see what's going on.
