Whenever i connect to any server it keeps reconnectiong every 10 secoends after loging in

What games you tried?
-SS13
-Misuterii High

did you try solving this proplem by your self?
Yes i did
- I tried cleaning my Cache
- I treid reinstill BYOND (Stable and Beta versions [latest] )
- I tried joining other servers

So.. is there a way to solve this proplem?
Reconnecting how? Are you getting a message that tells you you were disconnected, and if so what does it say?
Have you tried turning it on and off again?
Connection failed.
Reconnecting in 10 seconds...

I just join and this happens

the internet is not the proplem..
i play gmod/cod/minecraft and it dosn't show me this proplem
but as to BYOND games it just keeps disconnecting
"Connection failed" means it was literally impossible to establish a connection, or that one was established and failed without a proper exit code. Since the latter is rare, I'm guessing when you say "log in" you mean "attempt to join", and you've never actually successfully gotten to the logged-in stage. With that in mind, there are several possibilities:

1) The server is down. It might still appear on the hub temporarily, but could be down. Does this happen on all SS13 servers, or just a specific few?

2) A network problem at your ISP or upstream has prevented you from making the connection. If it's upstream it may be limited to certain servers only.

3) Dream Seeker has been prevented from making a connection by a firewall or security software.

If this happens on all games, my hunch is that #3 is the issue. Check all your security software and see if something is blocking Dream Seeker from using the Internet.

All servers have the same proplem (including other games)

I don't think so beacuse i am using the same ISP for almost two years and this proplem didn't show up not before last week

3) Dream Seeker has been prevented from making a connection by a firewall or security software.

nope.. not blocked by anything

This is basicly what happens when i join a game and this proplem shows up :

-I join and everything is fine
-I move 4-10 blocks away then i freeze
-While i am frozen i can't do anything but the chat and the map are running okay without any lag for 10-20 secs
-after 10 to 20 seceonds has passed the connection fails
and i can't even use .ping to see if it is a internet proplem or what
Are you on WiFi? That's a hallmark of a flaky connection.
no i am on a boredband connection
But is it wired? Lots of people have wireless modems after all.
it is wired.. also i found this while the proplem was happening again :
i was spamming .ping and this happened :
Round trip ping-pong took 0.13 seconds.
[Common] Automated Announcement System coldly states, "Dege Nerate has signed up as Assistant"
Round trip ping-pong took 0.14 seconds.
Round trip ping-pong took 0.17 seconds.
Round trip ping-pong took 0.21 seconds.
the ping keeps going up untill i freeze
So.. I talked to my ISP and they said there was nothing wrong.
i used TCPOptimizer to try and fix my ping and that didn't help.. even though that my ping is now 35-90 (it was 100-150) this problem hasn't been fixed..
i tried changing my cable with a new one annnndd nope..
Still can't find any solutions for the connection problem.
If every game is dropping your connection, there are only so many explanations.

1) Your ISP is in fact flaky, dropping connections arbitrarily. (They said nothing's wrong, so maybe that's less likely, but I wouldn't take their word for it.) What ISP are you using?

2) Your ISP is doing filtering that interferes with the connection. In the past, some users on college networks found that the college's ISP was in fact interfering with the BYOND network protocol.

3) Your connection uses WiFi at some point which has flaked out due to bad signal strength. (You've ruled this out. However I should point out that if any part of your connection from computer to modem uses WiFi, it's still in play. So can I assume your computer uses a direct wired network connection to the modem, and that the modem itself has a cable/fiber/etc. line to the ISP?)

4) All of the games are disconnecting you intentionally. (Highly unlikely.)

5) Some malware on your system is interfering with the connection. (Not terribly likely, but worth checking.)

6) Antivirus/security software on your system is interfering with the connection, initially allowing it but subsequently freaking out and closing it down.
my ISP is TEdata http://www.tedata.net/eg/en/

and i checked my Antivirus software and nothing is wrong with it..
and my firewall was disabled from yesterday just to see if the proplem is from there or no.
also there is no other connections on my list.. only the broedband connection.
will check 2 and 4 and reply again later.
There's some evidence on Google that TEdata does some level of filtering. Given that it's based in Egypt, this is entirely unsurprising. For all I know maybe they're reacting to something like players swearing in chat. I used to know users back when filters like Cybernanny became popular, who would lose their connection any time someone dropped an F bomb.
I found this http://www.familyinternet.net/Default.aspx?SecId=7

And tested it out.. it dosn't work or it is not enabled
even if it works then why BYOND exactly? there are lots of games/sites that has F bombs and porngraphy in it and it works just fine without connection problems or blocking the connection

Well, it was one possible explanation. I still think there's got to be some kind of shady filtering on your ISP's end.
use winmtr to test your connection to the server for packet drops.

http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/

run it then put in the address of the server, wait for about 5 minutes, then save a report (it will keep running until you stop it)

paste the report in a pm it to me or if you don't trust me with your ip, to lummox.

sent a screenshot of the report to Lummox
The screenshots you showed me (I think it's safe to post them in this thread) show that your connection is going out through layer after layer of routers on an internal network. Look at how many of those IP addresses start with 10; those are all internal IPs. It means your ISP is basically like one big shared connection. Honestly I've never seen anything like that.
