Descriptive Problem Summary: Essentially, if your system locale is set to japanese, byond goes bonkers. Trying to open up any icon results in a blank file, trying to open up the pager leaves it loading eternally for gaming data and I susptect the other things also refuse to work.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1- Set system locale to japanese via control panel
2- Attempt to open up dream maker or dream seeker, or an icon, watch it fail.


Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Yes.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Can't test, but a friend of mine has told me that he does have his system locale in jap and byond works for him, perhaps it's due to version.

When does the problem NOT occur? Setting the system locale back to my default (in my case, argentinian) makes byond work properly again.
