"It says that the port can be reached." - if this is Dream Daemon as I suspect it is, then port forwarding is working fine.

IT did say the port could be reached. The problem is the server cannot be connected to. I think it's a mix up of my IP and the static IP from here: http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

You look to have the wrong IP in the forwarding there, unless 192.168.0.23 is a different machine and the machine you want isn't connected?
Can you start your server up now after checking that? |
