Space Staton 13 Broken on windows xp/7/10

Not a BYOND bug. Check your settings, turn hardware mode on.

I'm moving this to BYOND Help for lack of any info that could reproduce this.

for reference this is the same as this and this, it's a game/settings issue not a BYOND one.
