So everytime I startup SS13 it doesn't respond, no matter how long I wait. I've tried clearing the cache, and reinstalling but nothings helping. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Same here, not sure what this issue is but I've found the process of it goes into background when looking at it on taskmanager.

Does it happen with all of the SS13 servers or just a specific one?
