Hey guys, good evening! I would like to know if the The Dream Maker
Designer’s Guide to Worlds is still relevant. It is 16 years old. I'm asking this because I want to learn and make games on Byond and I need to know if it's deprecated. If it's, is there anywhere I can get fresh information?

While a lot of the information is old, the basics of DM syntax are all there. It's a very good guide for first starting out.
Thank you for your anwser! Where can I look for fresh and new content?
The best places to get updates would be in articles like the ones in Tutorials & Snippets, and also the DM Reference is very helpful for learning specifics about various procs and concepts.
The DM Guide is also the same as the old guide book with some appendix work at the end for new(er) features. It's still a bit out-dated, but the language reference is always current.
All of my posts in Tutorials & Snippets can be found here. The Dream Tutor series is especially helpful.
