Please help me,everytime i click on the byond icon on my desktop it loads but wont open the window and im starting to get annoyed by it T_T

First make sure the pager isn't open--use Task Manager and close byond.exe if it is. Then go to your BYOND data folder (probably My Documents\BYOND) and look for cfg, then open pager.txt. Delete the window-pos line. Once you open the pager again it should be fine.
