It's every hosted game I've ever played on BYOND. None of them provide a stable framerate. It's been the same for all 4 computers I've owned, and also my parent's computers. BYOND was the first thing I installed on the one I'm on now, which I built about 6 months ago, and it's been no different.
As for antivirus, I don't keep any on my computer. I install malware-bytes and spybot about once a month, and uninstall them immediately after their scans. I also close all background programs like dropbox and steam when I'm not using them. The only thing I actively have open is Skype.
Of course the only dev log I didn't read talks about the client-side frame rate, lol. Thanks for pointing that out. :D
