Byond launcher stuck on "loading game information"

Widowwiper Mcgee	My OS is windows 10, 32 bit. I tried installing and launching the BYOND launcher, version 510.1347 today, and launching it just gives me a frozen screen with the message "loading game information". Though, I can launch and connect to a SS13 server through my browser(firefox) just fine, except the configure window doesn't work with the message "cannot display page".

Lummox JR	Malfunctioning antivirus could be a cause of this. Make sure the entire BYOND program folder is in its exceptions. Also, if your BYOND user data directory has any unusual characters in its path, that's a potential cause.
