When i launch dream daemon, the window has its right corner cropped, including the Go button. I'm a Windows 10, 32 bit user.
Something is probably frelling with its dimensions. Do you have a theme or something that's changing the window borders?

Nope, I'm pretty sure its set to the default theme
check display dpi settings. i don't know how to in windows but look for make fonts bigger or smaller in windows settings
In Windows the display settings let you choose your text size. But, the size of any dialog should usually account for that, and I know Dream Daemon does because I've seen it look right on a Windows 7 system with a high text size setting (125%).

Changed the size to 125% and it still didn't do anything. This is what it looks like: http://imgur.com/ScsBQ5f
Can someone please help me? I really need dream daemon to work.
The size should be 100% in display scaling. What lummox was talking about is that it should support 125%, (something i assumed you were set to)

When i said that, what i meant was windows 10, i knew how to do it in windows 7, but i had a brain fart and just said windows.

Anywho, windowwiper, change it to 100%, restart the computer (to be sure) then see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work, close all byond programs, then delete or rename the byond folder that's in your documents to reset all settings, then retry.

if none of that works, give us a new screen cap of what it looks like,

Welp, dream daemon still doesn't work even after setting the scale back to 100% and resetting the settings. Reinstalling won't help as well.
Here's the screen cap: http://imgur.com/D5SNc6P
One thing that jumps out at me is that your font setting looks way wrong. Windows should be adjusting all fonts the same if you have it set at something like 125% text size, and that also impacts dialog dimensions which is why DD looks fine on a test machine that does this.

I would suggest looking at your display settings and checking out what your fonts are set at. Because I think the font you're using for most of the interface stuff (menus, etc.) is set one or two point sizes too high.

I swear to god that my font is set to 100%. Here's proof:

I don't mean the 100%/125%/150% etc. I mean in your display settings, where you can set fonts and colors and such, I think one of your fonts has the point size set higher than normal. That's not the same as the across-the-board size setting.

Sorry for misinterpreting. But i'm not sure how to check sizes of indivudual fonts, nor change them.
Is this perhaps what i use?

Also, I'm not very computer savy, so could you maybe give me a step to step guide if solutions are much more complex than just navigating through the control panel?
You're on the right track, I think. Click on the dropdown that says "Title bars" and look for the other options. One of them is probably higher than normal, and that's the problem.

I changed everything to 6 and it STILL WON'T WORK.

I DID IT, I FIXED IT. The problem was the system language windows was using, which was korean. I switched it to english and now it's fixed.
