Can't connect through hub

So for my game, it won't allow you to connect to the game through the hub. It'll let you connect through the pager, however. Why is that?

I don't see any game listed in your profile that you made. What game are you referring to. Is it published on the HUB?

thought problem was only for me. it takes u to the download BYOND page when you press Play Now on any game

You're supposed to click the link that says "continue" on that page after you finished installing.
