Beyond wont open or work for my laptop

I have a Dell laditude running windows 7 and when i downloaded beyond the hub wouldn't even come up. please help.

Can you give us more details? What did you see, and not see? What error messages did you encounter, if any?

it does something like that to mee too the pager wont open before i chose a server it crashes and makes ame a guest

I'm not sure this even belongs on the same thread. The original poster couldn't be bothered to respond, and for all I know he has a different issue.

I have the same response, though: Give us details, please. Be very, very thorough in describing your problem and everything you see or don't see.

i dont really know what happens i use the pager choose the server and then when i chose it click play, the pager crashes the game is loading but i go in as a guest i dont know if it is a problem with my comp or with the game probs comp cuz even SKYPE dosent work for me
