Byond active in task manager but not accessible

I download Byond and went to join a SS13 server. The window opened saying Byond, then it fades away and nothing else. It's still in my task manager but I can't seem to do anything rlse.

Close byond.exe from the task manager, and open up your BYOND user data folder; that's probably My Documents\BYOND. Look for cfg\pager.txt. Open that file up and then delete the line that says window-pos.

Now BYOND should open normally.
