There's another thread here advertising someone's game. I don't see the harm in this, in fact it should probably be in On Topic. But after people attacked the user for it being a fangame an allegations of being a rip, the thread gets closed. So what am I to conclude? The thread got closed because it went off topic? Instead of mods being responsible, and deleting comments that pretty much went the way of personal attack, they lock the thread... interesting. Yet more evidence that not all developers are welcome here.
