I would figure out a means to make a dirty democratic-socialist server: Player-voted everythings (except admins I guess), everything unlocked/rolled for.

Things they would vote for would be like; year speed, gain speed, certain rules to be in effect for the wipe, etc.

I want to host a server for my bros. The people who left because Nevets was HA. I miss the roast squad and would love to bring back the pre-gingseng feel to a server of my own.

Having respect and admiration for someone you have worked with as long as I had is not called being a "beta". This is simple minded testosterone filled thinking in the works.
