Many atoms have the wrong sprites associated with them in the right-click drop-down menu. Roughly half of all atoms have the wrong sprites on them.
Happens in all .dmm files, in every environment.

Additionally, some atoms have just gone invisible:

from what i've seen if u modify the atoms icon file in anyway it starts showing up in the map editor again
