Hey,
I have returned to Byond and want to use my old key. However, when I request a new password (forgot old) the mail is sent to an account that I can't remember either. I have no idea where the info is sent to, in all likelyhood that email account is dead. Is there any way for me to retrieve that old key (Griefer12345 - don't be suggested by the name)?

Sorry this fell through the cracks.
We usually handle these kinds of things by the customer contact form (see the link at the bottom of the page), because when you send in the form it should include some info that can be cross-referenced against old logins provided we still have that information. I would suggest sending in a form. | |
The thing is, I also sent a form and got no reply. Maybe there was not enough information included but I have no idea what you guys need to corroborate.
