What does this message mean when you try to send someone a message on the pager. Byond alert: (byond key) not available.

I've never received it before, does it mean the person has blocked you or something?

It could mean they blocked you, or that there's some other technical reason it can't be sent to them. In any case it means they're not available as a recipient, and that it's not a transient thing.
