Problem description:
Sent a contact request form a few days ago and I haven't recieved a response.

To answer: There's a single person handling support requests, it can take a few days to get a response, and don't expect a reply on the weekend.

I checked on your request and it wasn't "a few days ago"; it was Saturday morning, roughly 30 hours before you posted this--and the request was about a game that was up for our moderators to look at, which really isn't what the customer support form is for.

I did respond to the issue, but for future reference, 1.25 is not "a few", and contacts sent on the weekend are not likely to receive a swift response.
